Hosted by the Singapore Food Toxicology Network, the inaugural Singapore Food Toxicology Conference & Workshop is a landmark event uniting leading scientists, regulators, industry experts, and innovators committed to advancing food safety and toxicology in Singapore and beyond. The conference aims to explore how New Approach Methodologies (NAMs) and Next Generation Risk Assessment (NGRA) are reshaping the way food safety is evaluated—offering faster, more reliable, and more ethical tools to protect public health. Participants had the opportunity to attend sessions led by renowned experts in toxicology and food safety, participate in interactive workshops designed to build practical knowledge, and engage with fellow professionals, fostering connections for future collaboration.
