The CEO STAR Awards is held annually to celebrate and recognise Sentosians who deliver excellent service and ensure peace of mind for guests as One Sentosa. The awards ceremony was held at ONE°15 Marina Club this year, where recipients were recognised in several categories, namely the Star Experience Award, Star Collaboration Award, Star Resilience Award, and Workplace Safety & Health Award.

The Star Experience Award category spotlights Sentosians who best embody Sentosa’s core SHOW Values: Safety, Helpfulness, Outstanding service, and Welcoming hospitality. Award finalists are selected from the monthly SHOW star winners, with their evaluation based on three key criteria: Impact, Effort, and Initiative.

The Star Collaboration Award recognises and appreciates the invaluable partnerships within Sentosa. The Star Resilience Award is presented to individuals who have made significant contributions to maintaining Sentosa as an enjoyable yet secure destination for visitors. The Workplace Safety & Health Award is conferred both as an individual and team recognition to those who have performed well in safety and health by implementing sound safety and health management systems.

During the event, attendees got to enjoy an exquisite 5-course dinner meticulously prepared by the talented chefs at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove Restaurant, renowned for its diverse range of top-tier culinary delights from around the world.
