At the 21 February 2025 townhall, Minister Edwin Tong highlighted enhancing Singapore’s identity through arts and heritage. He introduced the SG Culture Pass and announced an extra S$100M for the Cultural Matching Fund. The government will support the sector with funding, infrastructure, and talent development, including scholarships, technology use, innovative arts spaces, and aid for heritage businesses.
