We are a small team, and the flat hierarchies facilitate short communication and decision-making paths, and pragmatic solutions to any problems that may occur. We do not limit to work with only one project team so that you will get to experience different client accounts and content matter.

As a creative designer, you will:

• Conceptualise overall thematic look for events for client selection
• Apply approved thematic design for other event mediums (large format printing, hardcopy prints, social media marketing, e-booklet, presentation slides, website etc.)
• Prepare approved artwork for external printing supplier
• Liaise with event managers to edit artwork based on client’s requests
• Attend meetings with end-clients to further understand design requirements

Who are we looking for?

• Must be Singapore Citizen or PR, currently residing in Singapore
• Diploma/Bachelor Degree holder preferrably in arts, design, media or communications.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Some experience using remote working tools such as MS Teams and Zoom
• Fluent spoken and written English to communicate with government sector clients and understand requirements given by end-clients
• Basic knowledge of email communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Powerpoint
• At least 2 years experience in working in events-related industry will be advantageous
• Applicants with knowledge and experience in video editing or web design will be advantageous.
• In accordance to Ministry of Manpower's Vaccination-Differentiated Safe Management Measures (VDS) at events and Safe Management Measures (SMM) at the workplace, all applicants must be fully vaccinated to take part in this traineeship programme.
