On 14 November 2025, the Indian Heritage Centre (IHC) invited its partners for a dinner and reception to commemorate the museum’s 10 years of conserving the history, culture and artefacts of the Indian community in Singapore.

This year, the event was graced by Prime Minister Mr Lawrence Wong. The programme kicked off with a lively cultural performance featuring traditional instruments along with Peranakan, Kavadi, Bhangra, Mohiniyttam and Bharatanatyam dancers representing four of the museum’s exhibits over the past 10 years.

The performance was followed by speeches by the IHC Chairman and PM Wong, followed by a cheque presentation by the museum’s donors. Guests were then treated to a buffet reception where they got to mingle with fellow partners and enjoy traditional Indian food and drinks.

Services Rendered: 

• Adaptation of concept design from client to all event collaterals (i.e. backdrop, photo wall, venue signages, guest identification stickers, mock cheque, door gift)
• Overall management of attendee registration, including setup of online registration form, pre-event registration collation, onsite registration management, deployment of registration crew and generation of post-event registration reports
• Consultation of event layout and drafting of venue floorplan
• Management of live event programme and flow
• Stage design and production (backdrop, stage platform, carpeting etc.)
• Management of security clearance for all vendors
• Engagement of specialised floral landscapist to conceptualise and produce thematic floral décor suitable for the occasion
• Engagement and liaison with client’s preferred cultural performance group
• Consultation and provision of audio, video and lighting equipment with technicians including live feed of event, follow spot, instruments for performance
• Engagement of emcee and script writing services
• Provision of photography services
• Provision of videography services with production of post-event highlight video
• Proposal and production of door gifts and plaques for token of appreciation
• Liaison with performance group for rehearsals, technical setup and logistics
