APFAD 2023 is jointly organised by Singapore’s National Council Against Drug Abuse and Singapore Anti-Narcotics Association. The focus of the forum is to discuss how anti-drug organisations have developed holistic harm prevention and aftercare approaches amidst the worsening drug situation, specifically how anti-drug efforts are sustained through local community action.
