Held in celebration of Singapore’s 60th National Day, AGC-Legal Service National Day Observance & Staff Recognition Day 2025 aimed to honour the contributions of Legal Service Officers and Executives, while fostering a sense of unity and appreciation across the AGC community. The event also included a live choir performance by Methodist Girls’ School, a recital of the National Anthem and Pledge, and a video montage featuring birthday wishes for Singapore from across the Legal Service. The celebration concluded with a group photo and a lunch reception, reinforcing the spirit of camaraderie and appreciation within the AGC family.

Services Rendered: 

• Adaptation of the concept design provided by client across various event collaterals, including the digital venue signage
• Coordination and activation of 32-amp power supply with venue, including technical liaison and site visit support
• Provision and printing of seat labels for attendees
• Provision and set up of stage front landscaping
• Provision of AV equipment with onsite technician support, including lighting enhancements for stage ambience
• Provision of band equipment and staging set up to support live choir performance, including microphones, keyboard and risers
• Management of overall event proceedings, including show caller services, onsite liaison with coordinated staff to usher choir groups on and off stage in sequence, and controlling ballroom lighting at scheduled moments.
