The Syariah Court Practice Forum 2026, themed Justice Within Reach: Collaborative Care for Families in Divorce, brought together legal, social science and religious professionals working within the Muslim family justice space. Organised by MCCY and the Syariah Court, the forum explored the importance of collaborative care in supporting divorcing families, particularly in cases involving high-conflict issues and self-represented parties. 

Held at Grand Hyatt Singapore, the forum provided a focused platform for practitioners and stakeholders to exchange insights, strengthen cross-sector understanding, and discuss practical approaches to improving access to justice for families navigating divorce proceedings. Through keynote sharing, panel discussions and professional engagement, participants gained deeper perspectives on how coordinated legal, religious and social support can contribute to fair, effective and compassionate family justice outcomes.
