The NEA Volunteer Corps Appreciation Function 2025 celebrates the dedication and contributions of volunteers who support NEA in keeping Singapore clean and green. The Volunteer Corps comprises Community Volunteers, Clean and Green Singapore Ambassadors, and Community Auditors — each playing an important role in outreach, engagement, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
This year’s event recognised outstanding individuals through the Active Volunteer Award, Long Service Volunteer Award, and Outstanding Volunteer Award. The programme featured an update from Ms Gloria Tan, Director of the 3P Network Division, highlighting the year’s progress and upcoming initiatives, followed by a Welcome Address from Senior Parliamentary Secretary Ms Goh Hanyan, who spoke on the importance of volunteerism and community partnership.
A video montage showcased the Volunteer Corps’ activities over the past year, followed by a sharing session featuring three volunteers and their personal experiences.
PurpleForest Events is honoured to have managed the Appreciation Function for the third consecutive year, having supported NEA in 2023 and 2024.
Services Rendered:
- Overall conceptualisation of the event’s thematic design
- Design and production of various event collaterals including the EDM banner, holding slides, 4R photo border, certificate design, and e-backdrop
- Printing and preparation of certificates and certificate holders
- Development and production of video montage
- End-to-end of RSVP management, including collation of registration, sending of confirmation and reminder emails, registration report update, post-event registration report, answering guests’ enquiries.
- Emcee engagement and script copywriting service
- Provision and printing of seat labels, name labels and table tents for VIPs and awardees
- Coordination and provision of catering services, including deployment of service staff for clearing utensils
- Technical support for AV equipment with onsite technician support
- Management of overall event proceedings, including show caller services, onsite liaison with coordinated staff to usher awardees on and off stage in sequence.
- Provision and management of onsite manpower for registration and guest ushering
- Instant photo booth services with standard backdrop and props
- Event photography services
- Generation of post-event feedback report
