The seminar was organized by the AGC Civil Division and the AGC-Legal Service Academy. Its objective was to equip junior- to mid-level public officers with foundational legal knowledge relevant to their daily responsibilities. Key topics included constitutional principles, international law, government discretion, data protection, and procurement challenges. Tailored for officers without formal legal training, the session featured insights from legal service officers and emphasized the importance of upholding the rule of law in public service.
