Hosted by the Singapore Food Agency (SFA), the ASEAN Sectoral Working Group for Livestock conference was led by Dr Astrid Yeo, Senior Director of SFA, and Dr Wacharapon Chotiyaputta, Director of Division of International Livestock Cooperation in Thailand. The conference touched on key issues such as advancing animal health management, enforcing ASEAN standards for food safety, advocating for sustainable livestock practices, and bolstering regional capacity building. It served as a platform for fostering collaboration, synchronizing national policies with ASEAN objectives, and ensuring the sustained growth and resilience of the livestock industry.

• Chartering of airport transfers and bus transport services for foreign delegates  
• Rental of ASEAN table flags and flag poles
• Printing of individualised table tents 
• Provision of AV equipment and live stream crew onsite
• Full setup and execution of Zoom meeting session
• Remote delegate call-in to participate in meeting proceeding (sharing slides, mute/unmute mic, pin speaker etc.)
• Provision of acoustic band equipment technical rider for after meeting dinner (i.e., Instrument microphones, DI box input, Monitors, Mic stands, Music stands)
